Quality Certifications


Marfrig Global Foods units are certified in four standards that make up the company's Integrated Management System: ISO 14000, ISO 22000, AS 8000 and OHSAS 18000. Implementation of this system is aimed at identifying opportunities to improve processes in order to achieve customer and employee satisfaction, in addition to facilitating international exchanges of goods or supplies, through adoption of common standards at organizations in different countries.

Compliance with the standards guarantees that all of the company's processes are in line with international occupational safety, environmental, social responsibility, quality and food safety guidelines.

Meat production is monitored at every stage by a Quality Assurance team, which audits and certifies manufacturing procedures and practices, while also identifying, monitoring and preventing risks.
