Patagonia Lamb Unit: One of South America’s main lamb meatpacking units and the only lamb processing plant in Chile with BRC and Kosher certification, it has daily primary processing capacity of 2,000 head.
With approximately 400 employees, it is the region’s leading employer. This unit exports to some of the world's most demanding markets, including China, European Union, United States, Israel, Brazil, Russia and Middle East.
